Renewed Or Cancelled?
Green Mothers Club is a soapy, melodramatic but tonally discordant series, jumping between melodrama, murder mystery and slice of life across its run-time.
This 16 episode show has been very watchable over the weeks though, so if you’ve been following this you may be wondering if this has been renewed or cancelled.
What is Green Mothers Club Season 1 about?
Green Mothers’ Club is a new K-drama following the inter-personal relationships of five women, who all have children in elementary school where they met.
They each have they own problems that they need to overcome, with the show blending elements of fellow K-dramas Reflection of You, Sky Castle and Graceful Friends.

Has Green Mothers Club been renewed for season 2?
At the time of writing, JTBC have not renewed Green Mothers Club for season 2. Given the ratings over the weeks, it’ll be interesting to see if they actually do renew this for a follow-up.
The ratings began with a rather small 2.5% share nationwide but since then, has been increasing every week, with rates now up to around 4.5% averagely. Episode 14 is actually the highest thus far, with rates reaching 4.6%. That’s not bad for a mid-week drama.
However, given most k-dramas wrap up their stories in a single season, it’s very rare to find these sort of shows renewed. Based on that, we predict Green Mothers Club will not be renewed.

What we know about season 2 so far:
Most Korean dramas are reserved to one season and with the rare exception of ongoing Netflix shows (Love ft. Marriage and Divorce, Hospital Playlist etc.) then it seems unlikely that this one will be renewed.
However, there is always the possibility that the actors return for a follow-up or even a spin-off ala. the Reply series. Given the nature of this series, we could even see a whole different show focused on some of the characters in the future or even with the kids now grown up, repeating the same cycle again of the inter-personal relations. We’ll have to wait and see if this one’s greenlit or not.

I love the show! Even if watching just subtitles. I hope they have a season 2. Addicted to K-Drama’s. They know how to do revenge movies the best.
Yes I would love to see a Season 2 for Green Mother’s Club!
I think was really hoping to get opinions on what I perceived as a huge plot twist to n season 1. In the beginning of this series, I thought I thought the main female character’s husband was lazy and selfish and she would get back with her old French boyfriend, who seemed dreamy. This was not the way this K drama evolved. I also expected the French boyfriend, Louis, to acknowledge his genius son, and that would develop into this series. I was also left hanging at the end of this series when the nurse, got out of jail but her doctor husband was never held responsible for his crimes but was all of a sudden kind his troubled children at the end of the series. This is why I thought a season 2 would wrap these loose ends up!

I’m from hawaii, and i really enjoyed watching this Korean series Green Mothers Club ,its very entertaining, with adults and with the children .
I would love to see season 2 and the continuation of the season drama
