If you’ve been following this one, you may be wondering if this has been renewed or cancelled. Well, wonder no more! Here’s what we know about a renewal:
What is Bad Prosecutor Season 1 about?
Jin Jung is a troublemaking prosecutor that works at the Central District Office. With a healthy dose of justice and craziness, he punishes criminals way more than they deserve.
Alongside him at the office is A-Ra, Jung’s partner. She’s a competent prosecutor who always judges issues objectively and manages to handle them with a clean finish.
There’s also Do-Hwan, who believes money and power are everything and he’ll do whatever it takes to go higher up. In a world corrupted with wealth and evil, these three characters are on a collision course for chaos! What will happen when they collide?
Has Bad Prosecutor been renewed for season 2?
At the time of writing, KBS2 have not renewed Bad Prosecutor for season 2. Given the ratings over the weeks, it’ll be interesting to see if they actually do renew this for a follow-up.
The ratings began with a 4.3% share nationwide and since then it’s actually been pretty steady, hovering around the 5% mark for most weeks. People are definitely sticking it out to find out what happens next with this one.
Given that most Korean dramas only run for a single season, coupled with the rarity of KBS2 greenlighting a sequel to any of its projects, we predict Bad Prosecutor will not be renewed.

What we know about season 2 so far:
Most Korean dramas are reserved to one season, as detailed above, and with the rare exception of ongoing Netflix shows (Love ft. Marriage and Divorce, Hospital Playlist etc.) then it seems unlikely that this one will be renewed.
However, there is always the possibility that the actors return for a follow-up for a sequel or a spin-off featuring the same characters. But based on everything we’ve seen, it’s highly unlikely that Bad Prosecutor will be renewed.

Good movie it’s very interested I hope their will be season 2 for the bad prosecutor and also they should at list a romantic scene on it .Baek Eun_ji and Jin Jung, will be the script.there is more that the movie can bought to board

I would love to see Bad Prosecutor 2 as I see real possibilities for continuing story line.
Great show, great characters. The teasers in, the last episode, hint that there is more of a story to be told. The network should consider a renewal.
II love to see bad prosecutor season 2. Good drama must not stopped at just season 1. Should have at least season 10.
