In the closing scenes, the character of Billy discovers corrupt police officer Ramon Fisher pointing a sniper rifle at his family, and a shot is fired before the show fades to black, not revealing who has been wounded. 

Additionally, Hannah, the police officer wounded in the final shootout regains consciousness, which threatens to reveal Del Harris’s crimes.
