What is Ted Lasso Season 3 about?
Jason Sudeikis plays the titular character Ted Lasso, an American football coach who is hired to coach a British football team. Though knowing nothing about soccer, Lasso rises to the challenge with his signature optimism.
In season 3, AFC Richmond, newly promoted to the Premier League, have their chance to face West Ham United–but they are pegged to come in last in the League. The season follows their ups and downs as well as several characters’ personal journeys.

Has Ted Lasso been renewed for Season 4?
At the time of writing, Ted Lasso has not been renewed for a Season 4. Apple TV+ and other streamers tend to use a variety of different metrics to gauge whether a show should be renewed, including completion and drop-off rates as well as the minutes watched.
That said, the creators of Ted Lasso have made it clear that they always thought of the story as a three-part tale. The last episode of Season 3 very much comes across as a concluding chapter, it’s even titled ‘So Long, Farewell’. With Ted back in USA, a fourth season wouldn’t make much sense.
All in all, we predict that Ted Lasso will not be renewed for a fourth season. However, looking at how the series had several strong supporting characters, there is hope for a spin-off or two.
What we know about season 4 so far:
There are no available details for Season 4 as of now. Should a season 4 be greenlit, it will possibly continue exploring AFC Richmond and all the players’ individual journeys. Seeing as the team just fell short of winning the premier league, there is potential for a story there. However, with Ted back in America, continuing the series does not make sense.

I absolutely loved it, very thought provoking . The last two episodes of Season 3 were heart wrenching. I think if Ted gets back with his wife, then they could move back to England and continue the series………….its hard to say goodbye to a great series.
Love it! I really was into this, even though I myself disllike Soccer! I found I can tolerate it,and to even Love it!!!

In my 72 years i have never ever watched a comedy drama that I absolutely cant wait to see the next episode. It’s captivating! It’s entertaining! Its character driven! You get invested in each and every one of them. Please give us season 4. 5, 6…
Yes!!!! It’s fun. Captivating in various ways all season long. Spin offs at least if no season 4. But please consider some possible changes such as Roy taking over the team and playing him vs Nate a bit. Stretch the romance between Ted and Rebecca a little too. I could see Keely’s character maybe leaving.
Have Ted get back with his wife and move his family so that he can coach ….

Absolutely another season would be welcomed. It would be interesting to explore different facets and personalities of team members and life after winning championship
