What is Orphan Black: Echoes Season 1 about?
Orphan Black: Echoes begins with Lucy waking up and realising that she is a printout of another person. She escapes and tries to live a happy life in secret. But things are not so simple as she is constantly badgered with memories of her original copy while the lab that made her is out to find her and put her down.
On top of that, the scientist who made her is none other than Kira, the daughter of Sara Manning, the protagonist of Orphan Black. And she has her own reasons to get her hands on Lucy.

Has Orphan Black: Echoes Been Renewed for Season 2?
At the time of writing, Orphan Black: Echoes has not been renewed for Season 2.
Despite being a spin-off of a popular show, it will take a while before we get a renewal update. Generally AMC, like other cable networks and streaming platforms, gauges numerous metrics before renewing a show, including how many people initially watch it and then looking at the drop-off rate.
However, the showrunner, Anna Fishko has plans for a multiple-season story as she shares, “We’re starting to get all of the pieces in place to start moving forward. I was very lucky to work with a lot of really lovely people on this show and it would be such a pleasure to come back together.”
Only time will tell if the show will be renewed or not.
What do we know about Orphan Black: Echoes Season 2?
Not much is known about Orphan Black: Echoes Season 2 at the moment given that it has not been greenlit. But if we do get a new season, it will most likely look at the aftermath of Darros killing Jules and Lucy trying to help Jules 2.0. We might also see Kira trying to find a cure for Eleanor while the gang gets together to free the 11 scans from Darros’ clutches.
