Renewed Or Cancelled?
Mulligan is an adult animated comedy series that premiered on Netflix this month. Tina Fey and Robert Carlock co-created the ten-part show that is a thoroughbred satire on prominent American cultural highlights. The central focus remains politics and political participation in the dystopian aftermath of an alien invasion.
Among the most notable voices behind the characters are Daniel Radcliffe and Dana Carvey. If you’ve finished watching this one, you may be wondering if this has been renewed or cancelled. Here’s what we know so far:
What is Mulligan Season 2 about?
Matty Mulligan is the hero who saved the world from decimation. He blew up the mothership and brought about the downfall of the aliens. Along with him, Lucy Suwan, his romantic interest who has just met Matty, enter the White House as the main couple.
Senator Cartwright LaMarr uses this opportunity to springboard his own idea of America and wield the supreme power to manifest his reality. In the aftermath of the invasion, Mulligan’s cabinet, including the prodigal Dr Farrah Braun and Professor Prioleau, guide the president in his bid to win over the people and start afresh.
Has Mulligan been renewed for season 2?
Yes, Netflix has renewed Mulligan for a second season, and the new season started streaming in May.
Mulligan has been branded as derivative and unimaginative by popular consensus. The show was brutally criticized for having a negligible bite in its story and the familiar feeling of having seen much of its shenanigans and heard most of its jokes somewhere else before.
With all that considered, hopefully, the new season will fare better with critics and audiences.
What we know about season 2 so far:
Season 2 sees Matty Mulligan attempting to keep America afloat as its president amid the arrival of a new ship of people. You can stream the new season on Netflix.

I absolutely loved the show, i want more . The writing was great and i thought the jokes were new and funny af!
OK…. what in the heck is an “assept”? I already refer to a nice hiney as an asset (pun totally intended). And “assept” seems a bit cliniical… like andtisceptic.
The show was great. The writers were great. They’ve all probably moved on by now as I have with the show not being continued.
I’m a fan. Love it’s dumb typical political assepts shown from a far below average intelligence perspective and above w one actual view from a politicians point. Can’t wait to see wht they had in mind next.
