Has Midnight at the Pera Palace been renewed for season 2?

At the time of writing, Midnight at the Pera Palace has not been renewed for season 3. Generally Netflix would gauge numerous metrics before renewing a show, including how many people initially watch it and then looking at the drop-off rate.

With some shows, cancellations or renewals happen quickly. Other times, it can take months before a decision over a show’s future is made. So far, Midnight at the Pera Palace has had a pretty muted reaction from critics and audiences alike, with some enjoying the pacing but others not so enthused over the chaotic storytelling.

Given the way this show is set up, we’re predicting that this will be renewed for a third season. The series has plenty of potential, especially with that ending, and that completion rate is going to be a big point of contention. Turkish series do have a very good track record on Netflix with their renewals though, and it wouldn’t surprise us to see this given the green-light for one more season.

  11. I vote yes for season three. While a lot of the questions we had in season one and two have been answered… it would be fun to see them again possibly enjoying a life in one time for a bit instead of hopping around so much.

  35. Sometimes a show leaves more questions than answers and then ends with a cliffhanger. If it was meant as a series of 3 or 5, let the plot continue. We may end up getting the answers only in the final series. Ryt now I’m sure even if there are some confused/frustrated viewers regarding the show… Trust me Netflix will recieve a lot of hate if they cancel this at this point. I want to see how they weave another season with midnight at pera palace… I’m all for season 3. Bring it on story tellers..
