What is Indian Police Force about?

Indian Police Force tells the story of the Delhi Police Force as they face a serial bomb blast case in the city. Followed by those blasts are more blasts in cities like Goa and Jaipur. The Delhi Police Force springs into action to bring the wrongdoers to justice and avoid such blasts from happening in the future.

Has Indian Police Force been renewed for season two?

At the time of writing, Indian Police Force has not been renewed for a second season. Given the nature of the show’s content, that could well change if it does good numbers for Prime Video.

Generally, Prime Video gauge numerous metrics before renewing a show, including how many people initially watch it and then looking at the drop-off rate. The completion rate is one of the most important metrics though.

With some shows, cancellations or renewals happen quickly. Other times, it can take months before Prime Video make a decision over a show’s future.

So far, Indian Police Force has had a pretty good reaction from critics and audiences alike, with many discussing the performances by the lead cast, the stunning action sequences, the patriotic angle, and the classic Rohit Shetty magic over storytelling.

Given the way this show is set up, we’re predicting that this will be renewed for a second season. This is because after the finale episode, it is quite clear that the characters’ arc has a new case to solve. We know that Rafiq has been spotted in Kathmandu. Tara, Kabir, Jagtap and Rana prepare for the next case.

What we know about season two so far:

Barely anything is known about season 2 at this point, given Prime Video have not announced a sequel. However, if this is renewed expect the story to go several notches up in action, thrill and more cliffhangers. We will get to see Jagtap more on screen, and hopefully Tara too. Rohit Shetty’s Cop Universe only seems to be growing, so one can hope for more female police officer characters
