Season 2 of P-Valley focuses squarely on the aftermath of the pandemic, with the show picking up long after the events of Murda Night, where Hailey’s abusive ex was killed.

The Pynk is still here but it’s bleeding money; funds are scraped together from car washes and whatever other ventures they can find – but it’s tough.

Mercedes is paying two mortgages while Hailey’s 85% ownership puts her in control of the Pynk’s future. With Andre back in town and drama starting to heat up, will this community manage to get back on their feet?

P-Valley is available to watch both on cable and digitally via Starz. However, the episode is also available to watch digitally via the STARZ Play App on Amazon Prime (for those in the US and UK), along with an extension on Hulu too (USA only)

P-Valley Season 2 Episode 8 Release Date

P-Valley Season 2 Episode 8 will release on Sunday 31st July at approximately 10.00pm (ET) / 2pm (GMT).  Expect episodes to be available shortly after broadcast online, with Amazon Prime Video in particular dropping episodes pretty quickly after broadcast. However, do give a bit of time for the content providers to upload those episodes online.

Episode 8 is titled “The Death Drop” and is expected to be around 1 hour and 4 minutes long. Also expect subtitles to be available from release (especially those watching from Prime Video)

How Many Episodes Will P-Valley Season 2 Have?

P-Valley Season 2 has been commissioned with a 10 episode order. With that in mind, we’ve got 2 more episodes to go. The usual schedule is of one episode releasing a week.

Expect the story to start ramping up in tension and drama across this chapter, as all our characters continue to navigate through their respective emotional rollercoasters.

  1. 08/10/2022, this is thee realist black show I have seen. Better then most of thee black reality shows. I binged watch it over and over again that’s how good it’s too me. I can start any episode from thee beginning and start watching it like I never seen it before that’s how much it have my attention. Whomever created these episodes and thought of P-Valley Great job and keep it coming every season with thee episodes. I am so glad I thought of watching P-Valley I over heard someone talking About how P-Valley was Good and her comment stuck in my head months later I decided to look into it to see what she said was true and yes it’s true.   2. I have to say. P Valley is better than any other show I’ve know. It reaches real life situations and I hope that this show become a weekly thing for yrs to come. I’m a 59 yr old gay woman and it just makes me feel as if I’m on a date lol I truly enjoy this show. Uncle Clifford and LeMarques y’all are awesome and to the ladies. Let’s just say I was never a private dancer but I’m willing to watch y’all are putting in the work baby. Love all of y’all. Just think of me as Grandma Loretta DeVine.

  8. P-Valley is my safe place. I feel empowered by it. I am happy that the truths within ALL ethic communities are being brought to the table. I have been blessed to know MANY of the characters along this play entitled LIFE. Uncle Clifford’s wisdom, Grandma Ernestine’s witty self, Mercedes, whewwwww, I love me some Mercedes simply because she is breaking ALL generational curses and in TRUTH. As a mental health therapist I have assigned watching the show to many clients and it is a tool for healing. I love and appreciate P-VALLEY…..preparing for season 3. ❤️🧡💛💚💙🤍💜🖤

  10. Omg this keep me wanting more and more. I’m addicted to pvalley. Hate that they have short seasons. Hope it don’t take long for season 3 to come in. Mercedes ms beautiful I love her. She makes me want to speak my mind so do uncle cliff like he is my favorite. Also lil murder. This is the best show I have seen in a while. I’m in love.

  12. Some of my students at the college were talking about it. I definitely thought I would not like it. Eventhough, I do not now any real live characters of PValley, I do see how it is a part of my culture’s history for better or worse. It existed and still exist. And I must say the artistry of the show and how the plot sequences and how each character is developed. Great show!!! Fan for life!!! I am telling everyone about P Valley!!!

Omg i’ve never seen a tv show that captures real life events and a very strong audience like p-valley all the other shows was cool but P-valley Babe is all i needed to watch im so in tuned with almost every struggle they go through i can relate to it keep em coming and guessing..
