Outer Range is the latest mystery box thriller on Amazon Prime, and if you missed it the first time around, this is definitely one of Amazon’s hidden gems. Blending Western and mystery together, the story centers on the Abbott Ranch, where the breadwinner, Royal, finds a mysterious hole outside. This also coincides with a newcomer arriving on the ranch, Autumn, who clearly holds more than a few secrets..

When is season 2 releasing?
Outer Range Season 2 is scheduled to drop next month, on Friday 16th May at approximately 1am (GMT). This means that for those lucky souls over in the US, you’ll get this one at around 6pm (PT) and 9pm (ET), respectively.
Unlike the first season though, this one will have a total of 7 episodes.
Where Can I Watch Outer Range?
Outer Range is making it’s grand debut on Amazon Prime for global audiences. That means that this is the only place you’re going to be able to watch this one.
Who’s in the cast?
The cast is largely unchanged from the first season and includes the following:
- Royal Abbott (Josh Brolin), Cecilia’s husband and father of Rhett and Perry
- Autumn (Imogen Poots) a strange young woman who arrives at the Abbott ranch and camps out on the land
- Cecilia Abbott (Lili Taylor), owner of the Abbott ranch and mother of Rhett and Perry
- Perry Abbott (Tom Pelphrey), Royal’s elder son and the father of Amy
- Deputy Sheriff Joy Hawk (Tamara Podemski), the acting sheriff of the county where the town of Wabang is situated
- Rhett Abbott (Lewis Pullman), Royal’s younger son
- Billy Tillerson (Noah Reid), the younger son of the Tillerson family
- Luke Tillerson (Shaun Sipos), the elder son of the Tillerson family
- Amy Abbott (Olive Abercrombie), the 9-year-old daughter of Perry
- Maria Olivares (Isabel Arraiza), a bank teller that Rhett romances
- as Wayne Tillerson (Will Patton), father of Billy and Luke and head of the family
