Oshi No Ko is a new drama and mystery series that took the anime community by storm. It follows an unnamed doctor who perishes one night. He reincarnates as an idol named Ai’s son, Aqua. After living a fun life with Ai and his sister Ruby, Aqua sees someone kill Ai. Believing his father is responsible for his and Ai’s demise, Aqua plans to locate his father and make him pay for what he did to them.

Where Can I Watch Oshi No Ko?

Oshi No Ko Season 1 is airing in Japan on Tokyo MX, Gunma TV, Chiba TV, BS 11, Sun TV, and KBS Kyoto. It is available to stream on HiDive outside of Asian territories and on Disney Plus in Japan. At the time of writing, there are no plans for this anime to reach any other streaming platforms.

Oshi No Ko Season 1 Episode 5 Release Date

Oshi No Ko Season 1 Episode 5 will release on Wednesday 10th May at approximately 4pm (GMT) / 8am (PT) / 10am (CT). Of course, it’s really dependent on how quickly the platform uploads new episodes. Expect this to be pretty close to the release time though.

Oshi No Ko is not available with the dubbing from the release so expect the native Japanese tongue with subtitles. Dubbing will come later down the line.

Seaon 1 Episode 5 is titled ‘Romance Reality Show’ and will be 24 minutes long.

What Happened in Episode 4?

In Oshi No Ko Season 1 Episode 4, Aqua, Melt, and Kana give it their all in one of Sweet Today’s greatest scenes. Aqua learns Kubaragi isn’t his biological father but Kubaragi offers Aqua information in exchange for participating in a reality dating show. We get introduced to two new characters and Aqua suggests Miyoko hire Kana as a Strawberry Productions idol.
