Will Nightingale have a single-player mode?
Yes, you can play Nightingale alone on PC. After the game starts, you’ll only have to see the tutorial, and then you’ll be able to play it the way you want and with whoever you want. However, that means there isn’t a single-player-focused campaign.
After creating your randomized Realm, you can invite friends, list up your session for other people to join, or play it alone. There’s also a social hub where you can make friends and ask for help tackling harder challenges. Still, they are single-player-friendly, making it easier if you wish to play alone.
Also, if you are having trouble but don’t want to join other players, an NPC can help you during battle. Its AI won’t act like a regular person, but it’ll definitely be useful in battle.
For now, even if you play it alone, you must have an internet connection. However, the developers of Nightingale have announced that they will release an offline mode soon.
Will Nightingale have any DLC?
Unfortunately, not yet. As of now, there haven’t been any announcements about DLC for Nightingale. Still, you can buy a digital art book on Steam and Epic Games if you like the game and want to give more support to the creators.
However, you probably won’t need any DLC to enjoy more of the game for now, as many players state they have played it for around 50 hours or even more.
