Halloween is almost here which means Hulu have taken this opportunity to stock their streaming schedule with all kinds of spooky offerings. These include the streaming premieres of recent horror movies The Boogeyman and Cobweb, as well as the first season of the Goosebumps reboot.

October 2
Appendage (2023)
After suffering from debilitating self-doubt, a young fashion designer is alarmed to discover something nasty is growing on her body. It turns out she’s not the only one to develop this ‘appendage’ as she learns when she meets other people with the same gruesome experience as her.
Flight Krewe – Season 1
In this new animated horror series from Dreamworks Animation, an ancient prophecy and a Voodoo Queen put misfit teens in charge of saving New Orleans from the biggest demonic threat it’s faced in almost two centuries. Created by Eli Roth and A Million Little Pieces author James Frey, this spooky series should be ideal for family viewing during the Halloween season.
October 5
The Boogeyman (2023)
Adapted from the Stephen King story of the same name, this chilling terror tale from Host director Rob Savage is centred around a teenage girl and her younger sister who find themselves plagued by the titular monster in the weeks following the tragic death of their mother.

October 6
The Tank (2023)
After mysteriously inheriting an abandoned coastal property, a man and his family accidentally unleash an ancient, long-dormant creature that used to terrorise the entire region. We’re betting his realtor didn’t mention that possibility when he was signing the property deeds!
Zombie Town (2023)
Based on a 2012 book from Goosebumps author R.L. Stine, this family-friendly horror movie stars Chevy Chase and former Ghostbuster Dan Aykroyd in a story about a town that…you guessed it…gets overtaken by zombies. It’s up to two young people, Amy and Mike, to save their town before everybody becomes zombie food.
October 7
A Lot Of Nothing (2022)
This topical thriller is centred around a Black couple named James and Vanessa, who discover their neighbour is a trigger-happy cop who has recently shot a young member of the Black community. After hearing about his crime on the news, they decide to seek justice against him.
October 9
The Mill (2023)
Lil Rel Howery (Get Out) produces and stars in this sci-fi thriller about a white-collar businessman who mysteriously wakes up in an open-air prison cell containing an old grist mill (a type of grinding equipment). He is then forced to work as a ‘beast of burden’ while trying to find a way to escape his bizarre predicament.
October 12
Daliland (2022)
Ben Kingsley stars as Spanish artist Salvador Dali in this biographical drama that is told through the eyes of the young assistant who gets immersed into his unconventional bohemian lifestyle.
October 13
Goosebumps – Season 1
This brand new take on R.L. Stine’s Goosebumps books follows five high schoolers who must put aside their differences and work together when they unleash supernatural forces upon their town. The first five episodes of this ten-episode spooky spectacular will land on this date.
Nocebo (2022)
Eva Green stars as a fashion designer named Christine who falls prey to an illness after coming into contact with a tick-infested dog. After struggling to get the help she needs from her own doctors, she comes into contact with a Filipino caregiver who promises to use a traditional folk remedy to cure her condition. As this is a tale of revenge, a happy ending for Christine is not guaranteed!
October 14
Empire Of Light (2022)
Set in an English seaside town in the 1980s, this moving drama from director Sam Mendes is about the power of human connection. Olivia Colman stars as Hilary, a cinema manager struggling with bipolar disorder, who begins to bond with new employee Stephen (Michael Ward) who is facing problems of his own.
October 15
Slotherhouse (2023)
After Emily (Lisa Ambalavanar) adopts an adorable sloth in the vain hope this “new mascot” will help her win the presidency of her sorority house, she gets implicated in a series of fatalities when the world’s slowest mammal goes on a rampage. This silly (but fun) send-up of animal-attack horror movies and sorority slashers is as preposterous as it sounds.
October 20
Cobweb (2023)
When a boy (Woody Norman) investigates the knocking sounds that are coming from inside the walls of his house, he unveils a dark secret that his parents have been hiding from him.
October 21
Life Upside Down (2023)
Bob Odenkirk, Radha Mitchell, and Danny Huston are among the cast of this COVID-inspired comedy about three couples stuck in their Los Angeles homes during lockdown.
Master Gardener (2022)
In this acclaimed film from director Paul Schrader, Joel Edgerton stars as Narvel Roth, a meticulous horticulturist who devotes his life to tending the grounds of the beautiful estate owned by Mrs. Haverhill (Sigourney Weaver), his demanding employer. All is well until Narvel’s perfectly cultivated life begins to unravel when Haverhill’s troubled niece arrives on the scene seeking an apprenticeship.

Explorer: Lake Of Fire
This latest series from National Geographic follows a team of explorers who attempt to reach the top of a remote, unexplored volcano to discover when and why volcanos erupt. What they find could provide clues to help predict volcanic eruptions around the globe.

Kiersey Clemons (The Flash) stars in this comedy mystery about an awkward college student who seizes the opportunity to bolster her popularity and under-the-radar podcast by solving the disappearance of a classmate.
