There is a lot of great content coming to Disney+ this month, including the new animated sci-fi series Kizazi Moto: Generation Fire and the hilarious family comedy The Slumber Party.

Kiya & the Kimoja Heroes – Season 1
Children’s animated series about a 7-year-old African girl named Kiya and her two best friends Jay and Motsie, who become a team of superheroes known as the ‘Kimoja Heroes’ when they put on their magical headbands.
Kizazi Moto: Generation Fire
Take an unforgettable ride into Africa’s future with this action-packed sci-fi animated anthology series that is inspired by the continent’s diverse histories and cultures. Featuring stories from a new generation of animation creators hailing from Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda and Zimbabwe, expect to see brave new worlds of advanced technology, aliens, spirits, and monsters, as seen through the lens of uniquely African perspectives.

Never Say Never with Jeff Jenkins
Travel journalist Jeff Jenkins tests the limits of his physical abilities as he climbs 70-foot mountain faces and sails through dangerous seas in this new National Geographic documentary series.
UFOs: Investigating the Unknown – Season 1
Do aliens exist? Since the 1960s, the US Government has been investigating the possibility of extraterrestrial life. For decades, their investigations were kept a secret, but in this new documentary series, which features credible testimonies from governmental and Naval officials, and once-classified footage, the truth about whether there is life on another planet is set to be revealed.

Hailey’s on It! – Season 1
Animated kids show about Hailey Banks, a resourceful teenager who pushes herself outside of her comfort zone to complete a long list of challenging (and impractical) tasks in order to save the world.
July 26
Pretty Freekin Scary – Season 1
Based on the book series by Chris P. Flesh, this new children’s TV series follows the adventures of Frankie Ripp, a 14-year-old girl who dies and then comes back to the land of the living after a heated debate with the Grim Reaper in the Underworld. But there’s a catch! She has to navigate life at Middle School with her two Underworld guardians, Pretty and Scary!
July 28
The Slumber Party (2023)
After a sleepover birthday party hypnotism goes wrong, best friends Megan and Paige, and their soon-to-be step-sister Veronica, wake up with absolutely no memory of the night before. What happened to birthday girl Anna Maria, who has somehow gone missing? Why is there a flock of ducks in the bathtub? And why is Megan wearing unattainable hottie Jake Ramirez’s signature black hoodie? “It’s a long, weird story” according to this movie’s poster so expect to know more when this new family comedy lands on this date.
