My Liberation Notes is a family K-drama, following three siblings and a stranger as they seek to be freed from their complicated lives.
Yeom Ki-Jung (Lee El), the eldest, is very hot tempered. She spends a lot of her time travelling back and forth from Seoul to Sanpo village because of her job. She has a lot of issues in her life and is desperate to find love.
Yeom Mi-Jung (Kim Ji-Won), the youngest is quite the opposite. She is shy and an introvert. She feels lonely and unfilled in her boring life.
Yeom Chang-Hee (Lee Min-Ki), the middle child, wants to leave his childhood home in Sanpo. He is the black sheep of the family and doesn’t really have a dream.
One day, a mysterious man called Mr Goo arrives in Sanpo. He drinks a lot and seems to have a lot of secrets. Intrigued, Yeom Mi-Jung decides to approach him.

My Liberation Notes will be available to watch on Netflix worldwide. For Koreans though, this is a JTBC original and airs on Saturdays and Sundays at 10.30pm (KST)

My Liberation Notes Episode 1 will release on Saturday 9th April at approximately 3pm (GMT)/ 10am (ET). The subtitle team over at Netflix are incredibly quick so expect English subs to be available immediately.
Expect episode 1 to be roughly 1 hour and 10 minutes long, which is consistent with this type of show.
