My Happy Marriage Season 1 is airing in Japan on Tokyo MX, KBS, and other local channels in the area. It is available to stream on Netflix outside of Asian territories. At the time of writing, there are no plans for this anime to reach any other streaming platforms.

What Happened in Episode 1?
In My Happy Marriage Episode 1, we get introduced to Miyo and her family. Miyo lives a life of servitude and doesn’t get as much respect as her stepsister Kaya. Her father Shinichi orders Miyo to marry Kiyoka Kudo, a man rumored to be cruel and merciless to every fiancee he’s had. Miyo packs her belongings to visit Kiyoka at his home. The episode closes with Miyo becoming enchanted by Kiyoka’s looks and pondering if he’ll be the one to change her life for the better.
