‘Love Next Door’ is Netflix’s latest Kdrama, which has quickly climbed the viewing ladder on the popular streaming service just days after its debut. With a stellar cast, compelling and lovable characters, and a captivating slice-of-life romantic comedy plot, ‘Love Next Door’ is on its road to sure success.
The show revolves around two childhood friends, Choi Seung-hyo and Baek Seok-ryu, who would deny acknowledging each other’s existence if asked about it. Both of them are high achievers, with Seung-hyo being a star architect and Seok-ryu working at a renowned firm in the U.S. It’s not until Seok-ryu’s sudden return to “reboot” her life that the two friends meet again, forcing each other to heal from their dark pasts.

Love Next Door Episode 4 [Spoilers] – Preview & Predictions
In Episode 3 of “Love Next Door,” we discover that Seung-hyo and Seok-ryu have always been close, despite their constant squabbles. But what really catches our interest is that we finally learn Seung-hyo has liked Seok-ryu since their school days! We’d bet our money that he still has feelings for her, especially since he sneakily asks whether she’d get back with her former fiancé if she could.
What’s even more intriguing is that Mo-eun might know about his secret! From the preview of the next episode, we see Mo-eun casually telling her friends that she opened the time capsule right after they buried it. So much for her 1,000 years of bad luck for opening it before the 10 years were up. Now that she’s aware of Seung-hyo’s secret, and with Seung-hyo trying to convince himself that his feelings have faded, we can expect more drama and comedy to unfold!
On another front, it looks like Seung-hyo and his business partner might finally have invoked their goddess of luck because the top American company Seok-ryu worked for contacts them for a project! The only catch? It might bring Seok-ryu’s worst nightmare back to Korea—her cheating fiancé. We’re not sure yet, but it’s either her fiancé or someone from her former company who becomes the target of Seung-hyo’s fists in the episode, possibly for somehow disrespecting Seok-ryu. On the romantic front, Mo-eun and Dan-ho will cross paths in the next episode, treating us to their own competitive spirits as they navigate their overlapping personal choices!
