Lovely Runner
Straight off Strong Girl Namsoon, we reunite with our beloved heartthrob, Byeon Woo Seok, in My Lovely Runner. This latest fantasy rom-com also stars the gorgeous and talented Kim Hye-hoon, who plays the role of Im Sol. Im Sol time travels back 15 years to save her favourite celebrity, Ryu Sung Jae.
Ryu Sung Jae is one of the most popular celebrities on top of the game. However, it is not all glitz and glamour; he is exhausted. Can Im Sol save his fate by travelling to the past in time to change the trajectories of their lives?
Lovely Runner Episode 4 [Spoilers] – What to expect?
The trailer for the next episode sees Im Sol trying to make it up to Sung-jae after accepting Tae-sung’s proposal. Technically, she is Tae-sung’s girl now, but she is in love with Sung-jae. Talk about a dilemma!
As expected, Sung-jae is also taken aback by the sudden turn of events. It was supposed to be a day filled with hope, especially after that heart-stopping kiss they shared in the previous episode. But then, in a twist of fate, his crush publicly agrees to date his arch-enemy. It’s a shocking turn of events that no one saw coming. However, our man is not giving up; he is willing to go toe-to-toe with Tae-sung to win Im Sol’s heart. The more he spends time with Im Sol, the harder it is to stay mad at her. It is a good thing she is cute.
As Im Sol struggles to make things right, she also has to fight with Ga-hyun, who is still chasing after Tae-sung’s love. Didn’t Ga-hyun get the memo about leaving your ex to date other people after a break-up? It is giving delusional stalker vibes! We also don’t want Tae-sung and Im Sol to end up together, we don’t agree with Ga-hyun’s method to keep them apart.
In this episode, we expect Im Sol to find out more about the time slip while trying to win Sung-jae’s trust. Of course, we also hope she will recall that kiss. She can’t be losing her memory at such crucial times!
