What Happened In Episode 3?
In episode 3 of Konosuba: God’s Blessing On This Wonderful World Season 3, Kazuma shares several amusing tales with Iris. Then, we enter a flashback, revealing what happened to Kazuma seconds after he, Iris, and the others arrived at the castle. Then, we return to the present and observe Kazuma’s happenings with Iris at the castle. Eventually, Darkness and the others arrive.
They ruin Kazuma’s chances of having a wonderful royal lifestyle. Before Kazuma goes, Iris suggests they hold a going away banquet for him. Unlike Kazuma, Aqua and the others have a blast at the banquet. After some funny antics unfold between Kazuma and Darkness, Kazuma heads outside and reflects on everything. Iris joins Kazuma seconds later. She tells Kazuma things will be different when he departs.
Then, she brings up a noble thief’s shenanigans, giving Kazuma an epiphany. Kazuma confronts Claire and Darkness about the noble thief. He promises to catch the thief since he knows it’ll allow him to stay at the castle. Claire accepts Kazuma’s offer but informs him that he and the others will reside at a different location. The episode ends with Kazuma reacting poorly to this news.
