Going Dutch
After an offensive rant, Going Dutch’s story picks up with Colonel Patrick Quinn, who’s reassigned to lead Garrison Stroopsdorf, a military base in the Netherlands dubbed as the “least important army base in the world”.
It has no strategic purpose or weapons, but does have amenities such as a Michelin Star-level commissary and the army’s only fromagerie. Quinn arrives and attempts to restore discipline and professionalism, but has to work with the base’s former leader, his estranged daughter Maggie, in order for that to happen. Chaos, inevitably, ensues!
If you’ve been following this one over the weeks, you may be curious to find out when the next episode is releasing. Well, wonder no more!
Here is everything you need to know about Going Dutch episode 1, including its release date, time and where you can watch this.
Where Can I Watch Going Dutch?
Going Dutch is available to watch on Fox, as well as streaming online via catch-up the following day. This is an exclusive original series, meaning this is the only place you’ll be able to watch this one.
Going Dutch Episode 1 Release Date
Going Dutch Episode 1 will release on Thursday 2nd January at 9.30pm (ET)/ (PT). However for those in the UK and internationally, there’s no official release date for this one yet.
However, should an international streamer pick this up, we’d be guessing it’ll either be on Sky Comedy or with Amazon Prime. However, we’ll be sure to update this one accordingly.
Going Dutch should drop with subtitles available whilst watching on catch-up when it releases. Episode 1 is expected to be roughly 30 minutes long, which is back to the usual run-time after an extended opening chapter.
How Many Episodes Will Going Dutch Have?
Going Dutch is Fox’s newest show but we don’t actually have confirmation over how many episodes this one will have. We do know that Fox usually work in blocks of 13 or 24 for most shows that release on the network.
At a guess, we’d imagine this one will have a total of 13 episodes. One episode is releasing a week, meaning after this one has dropped, there will be a total of 12 more episodes to go.
In typical network TV fashion, should this one do well with the ratings, the odds are it will probably be greenlit for additional episodes to round it out to the usual 24 episode run.
