On this new expedition, she’ll reminisce about her failures to form deeper connections with her previous comrades.

Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Season 1 Episode 23 will be released on Friday 16th February at approximately 2pm (GMT) / 7am (PT) / 9am (CT). Of course, it’s dependent on how quickly the platform uploads new episodes. Expect this to be pretty close to the release time though.
Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Season 1’s English Dub is now available on Crunchyroll. However, only episodes one through nineteen are available (so far). You’ll need to watch the remaining episodes in the native Japanese language with subtitles.

What Happened in Episode 22?
In Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Episode 22, Frieren and Fern greet Stark at an inn. Fern’s upset about Stark and Frieren’s poor sleeping habits. Stark and Frieren plan to take Fern somewhere to eat. Meanwhile, Denken and Laufen stumble upon Richter and suggest he accompany them to a restaurant in town.
Elsewhere, Land encounters Ubel and the two discuss topics regarding murder and magic. Afterward, Denken and his friends arrive at the Bell Restaurant. They spot Frieren and the others enjoying a meal, but Denken tells his allies not to interfere with their activities. Frieren recalls a memory she had at this restaurant with Himmel, Eisen, and Heiter.
Then, we receive a montage of her group, Denken’s group, and Land’s group eating at the restaurant. In the morning, Frieren visits Stark during his training session. She has Stark accompany her to the inn because Fern’s upset with Frieren again. Stark talks to Fern and Fern says she wants snacks, so they all decide to visit a store.
Meanwhile, Lawine greets Kanne in a marvelous get-up that she received from her wealthy brothers. The two engage in their usual comedic tussle and depart to the same store Frieren and her friends are at. When they spot Frieren and the others, they decide to tag along with them. During their stroll, they bump into Wirbel and his ally.
Wirbel takes Stark with him so he and his comrade can complete a mission. At the inn, Lawine and Kanne give Frieren a gift to thank her for helping them achieve victory. Frieren recalls another memory with her former allies. In this memory, Himmel shares his reasons for helping people and gives Frieren advice on how she can be remembered.
Then, a bird arrives with a document, detailing the next exam phase’s rules and proctor info. Lawine is concerned because Sense is proctoring the phase and is known for failing people. After a brief montage of the other participants’ reactions to the news, the episode closes with Sense and Genau discussing the next exam phase.
