Denial
Nandi delivers a lecture in the first scene of episode 5 of Fatal Seduction. She then appears to be overlooking Jacob’s messages and claims that she merely needs space. She leaves class without her bag, which is filled with information about Jacob and Benjamin. Thereafter, Jacob grabs the bag after he sees it.
Laura and Zinhle attempt to track Pokeyboy’s cellphone in order to find the actual man. Jacob, meanwhile, is seen making an effort to unlock the bag. In the scene that follows, Zinhle visits Jacob’s garage in search of Pokeyboy, but Jacob is able to keep his identity a secret. He discovers Zinhle’s birthday during their flirty talks.
Jacob unlocks the locks that are on the briefcase using Zinhle’s date of birth once she goes away. Shortly after going through the files, Jacob delivers the bag in question to Nandi’s house.
Voyu is watching the CCTV footage in the meantime and he learns that Jacob murdered Brenda. The episode ends at this point when Voyu calls Nandi to inform her of the fact that Jacob is the murderer.
The Episode Review
As the show goes on, the story becomes increasingly complex. This episode of Fatal Seduction supports that idea. What began as a lustful relationship has developed into a suspicious web of deception and lies that dates back over a decade.
Although Nandi and Jacob were initially the main focus of the series, their secrets now outweigh their desire for one another. Given that Nandi has learned the truth regarding Jacob, it will certainly be amusing to see the way she responds following this revelation.
