Chris Hemsworth returns as mercenary-for-hire Tyler Rake in this sequel to Extraction.
After barely surviving the events of the first movie, Rake is tasked with another dangerous mission: rescuing the family of a ruthless Georgian gangster from the prison where they are being held. When the extraction goes awry and the gangster dies in the heat of battle, the villain’s brother tracks down Rake to get his revenge.

As mentioned, Chris Hemsworth will be returning to the role of Tyler Rake. Other returning cast members include Adam Bessa, who will be reprising his role as Yaz, and Rayna Campbell, who was credited as Radio Tech in Extraction but who now has an actual name, Ruthie!

Who is the director of Extraction 2?
Sam Hargrave, who directed the first movie, is back behind the camera for the sequel. He was previously best known for his work as a stunt coordinator on such movies as Suicide Squad, Atomic Blonde, and Avengers: Endgame.
