This will take you back and inject nostalgia into your life, as the bright lights shine, as the guitars blend in. Eternal Boy is the band which has created these evocative songs, tracks that power on, and rightfully spark a trip down memory lane. Though everything may seem fine, there are poignant moments too, moments when the flood of tears commands life.

The band take the pop-punk mantra and give it a makeover. The sound is fresh and daring, solid and guitar-driven, drilling in a sense of composure. Every riff compliments the razor-sharp lyrics, words that are intelligently weaved, a poetic foundation that doesn’t come equipped with pretension.

The band is far from being obnoxious and their sound gravitates towards punk at times, giving the listener a frantic embrace. Sometimes you’ll feel immersed in a drama unfolding, dreams being smashed to pieces, and beauty being terrorised.

There are 9 songs on this release. ‘Version Of Myself’ is fast-paced, and thrilling in its execution. The vocals are rageful, and the pop-punk sound melds in brilliantly. A story unfolds.

‘Summer Without Stars’ is a softer track, an emotional whirlwind of a song. The story manages to create a burst of hope, though not everything seems to be plain sailing. That riff is intense.

‘How To Burn A Bridge To Nowhere’ is rough around the edges, a track memorable and cohesive. The band break the tension here, and the anger flurries through the thick atmosphere. Those instrumentals increase the likability.

Eternal Boy shows their worth with their LP Little Room To Breathe. It’s a pop-punk banger.
