Doctor Lawyer is the latest K-Drama, boasting the talents of So Ji-sub, Shin Sung-rok, and Im Soo-hyang. The story here focuses on Han Yi-Han, an elite surgeon. He graduated at the top of the best medical school in South Korea. He specializes in both general surgery and cardiothoracic surgery.
Unfortunately, a surgery goes wrong, Yi-Han’s patient dies and he has his medical licence revoked.
Fast forward 4 years and Yi-Han now works as a lawyer, specializing in medical litigation. While doing his job, he also tries to work out if there was foul play involved in the death of his former patient.
Han Yi Han defends victims and tries to punish those that commit medical malpractice and negligence. Working with a public prosecutor, he sets out to do what’s right.

Where Can I Watch Doctor Lawyer?
Doctor Lawyer is available to watch on Disney+ but only in selected regions. These unfortunately do not include the UK, the US, India or the Philippines. Yep, it’s another of Disney’s K-dramas held off from most of the world.

Brazil is also due to follow at some point in 2022. Unfortunately this means a good number of people will be unable to watch this one without a VPN. However, given Snowdrop released internationally several weeks after the final episode broadcast, it’s not too much of a stretch to believe Disney will do the same with Doctor Lawyer too.
As this is a Disney+ Original, the streaming platform is the only place to watch this one. However, this is also an MBC Original and airs at 10:00pm (KST)
Doctor Lawyer Episode 8 Release Date
Doctor Lawyer Episode 8 will release on Saturday 25th June at approximately 7pm (IST). The subtitle team over at Disney+ are reportedly quick at translating, so do expect subs to be available immediately.
Expect episode 8 to be roughly 1 hour and 6 minutes long, which is consistent with the time-frame for the rest of the show.
How Many Episodes Will Doctor Lawyer Have?
Doctor Lawyer has been scheduled for 16 episodes. with the usual run of two episodes a week. With that in mind, we have 8 more episodes to go with this one. Expect the story to continue developing, with plenty of law drama and tension to boot.
