The Episode Review
That’s a wrap on Dan Da Dan Season 1. It leaves audiences with plot points to ponder before its return in July 2025. Firstly, it’s unfortunate Momo is in a frightening situation again. This scenario mirrors her experience with the Serpoians in episode 1. The girl can’t catch a break. Hopefully, Momo can find a way to use her powers to combat these pervy men.
Additionally, this episode leans more into Okarun’s psyche and his decision to fight for Momo’s attention. At the same time, this episode gave viewers interesting details about Jiji’s family, residence, and village (in general).
From its dark landscapes to its spooky citizens, many viewers can tell this village isn’t a great spot to reside. We’re excited to see what new details will be unveiled in Season 2. But all in all, this was a fine wrap-up for Dan Da Dan Season 1.
It builds tension between Jiji and Okarun and gives viewers scenarios to discuss before the anime’s return.
