Cutie Pie 2 You Episode 4 starts with Lian and Kuea looking handsome and ready for their wedding. It is finally the big day and their guests have started arriving and offering their congratulations.

Syn and Nuer are looking dope in their suits as well. Nuer asks Syn if he has ever thought of marriage. Syn says he has never thought of marriage and teases Nuer for already thinking about it.

Foei receives news that the chef is sick and he rushes to handle the situation. Yi and Khondiao worry that it will rain. Instead of thinking of a suitable solution if it rains, these two are flirting while looking so adorably cute.

Kuea’s parents arrive and are happy to see the two are finally about to get married. They reminisce about the old times when the boys were younger and officially welcome Lian into the family. They entrust Kuea into Lian’s hands and implore them to take care of each other.

It soon starts to rain and the wedding can no longer take place outdoors. To make matters worse, Foei receives a  call notifying him that the port is closed and the priest won’t be able to make it.

On the other hand, Yi realizes he has lost Lian’s wedding ring and asks Khondiao and Foei to help him find it. It is still raining heavily and Syn is praying for the rain to stop. In the meantime, Kuea is devastated that their wedding has been ruined. Foei tries to assure them that he will do everything possible to fix it.

Lian reminds Kuea that the most important thing is that they still love and have each other. Kuea feels better after hearing these sweet words from Lian.

Finally, the rain stops and Jay finds the lost ring and saves the day. Foei mistakes him for the priest and asks him to officiate the wedding. Lian and Kuea go back to their hotel room and Lian apologizes that the wedding was not exactly what Kuea dreamed of. Kuea tells him there is no need to apologize as long as he has him, it is all good. They start getting ready for the ceremony once again.

They hold a beautiful wedding ceremony by the beach and say their vows as their guest cheer them on. Jay is happy to officiate the ceremony and looks quite the dapper gentleman in his suit. After their vows, the couple shares their first steamy kisses as husbands. Later, Kuea throws the bouquet and it lands on Khondiao, and Yi is pleased. The guests enjoy the ceremony taking photos and congratulating the couple.

Nighttime rolls by and the couple retire to their room to consummate their marriage. This scene felt so intimate and raw. They didn’t need to talk to express their love for each other. Their eyes and the soft touches and kisses said it all. Even the tears as they looked at each other spoke volumes and expressed love in a way words could never. It was a beautiful, well-executed scene that left us all in awe. Kudos to the director and the actors, they did a splendid job.

How Does Cutie Pie to You End?

A few days later, Kuea leaves for Korea where he successfully debuts as an artist. I gotta admit, Nunew has such an amazing voice, he sings so well. Later that night, after his debut, Lian surprises him by showing up and congratulating him.

Kuea is happy to see his supportive husband and tells him how much he loves him. Lian gives him the flowers he brought and the show ends as they kiss like there is no tomorrow.

The Episode Review

As Kuea narrates in the end, he has been through a lot but his love for Lian has been a constant thing in his life. It is endearing that they were able to find the kind of love that most of us can only dream of. It is a beautiful thing to see.

The only problem I have is that the season was too short and we didn’t get to see more of the other couples. For Yi and Khondiao, it is okay because we will see more of them in Naughty Babe. This is why I was hoping to see Nuer and Syn more.

After it is all said and done, this season was a perfect way to end Lian and Kuea’s love story. Kuea chose love and his dreams and got them all. It is the happy ending they deserved. What were your thoughts? Kindly let us know your favourite moments in this season.
