Yongcheonru is the grandest guesthouse in Joseon, and their motto reads: “the customer is the king”. Yeongcheonru has four new interns and they have their own reasons why they work there.

Lee Eun (Bae In-Hyuk) is actually a Joseon prince, but he hides his identity using the alias of Lee Eun-Ho. Hong Deok-Soo (Kim Ji-Eun) is a woman, but she disguises herself as a man. Her goal is to become the general manager of Yongcheonru and starts working there as an intern.

Cheon Joon-Hwa (Jung Gun-Joo) is the successor of Yongcheonru, but he doesn’t have any interest in running Yongcheonru. Instead, he’s forced to work as an intern there by his father.

Finally, Go Soo-Ra’s (Jae Chan) family has been on the decline for a while , and in order to rebuild his family, he begins to work at Yongcheonru. His goal is to be promoted to an employee permanently. While working at Yongcheonru, these four interns share experiences and become unlikely friends.

Where Can I Watch Check-In Hanyang?

Check-In Hanyang is available to stream on Viki, as well as Netflix in selected territories, most notably Asian regions. For Koreans though, Check-In Hanyang is currently being shown on Channel A and airs at 7.50pm (KST).

Check-In Hanyang Episode 2 Release Date

Check-In Hanyang Episode 2 will release on Sunday 22nd December at approximately 2pm (GMT) / 9am (ET). The subtitle team at Viki can be a little slow before the entire chapter has been fully subbed. However, do expect the subtitles to be more in-depth. As for Netflix, expect less delay and the episode to be up a lot faster.

Do be aware that this show’s release schedule is not initially clear whether it’ll be on Viki or Netflix, so be sure to check both. We do know, however, that for those in Europe and the US, this will be on Viki.

Expect episode 2 to be roughly 1 hour and 7 minutes long, which is consistent with the time-frame for the rest of the show.
