Episode 1 opens with the creation of “Earth”, Taichi’s in-game character, built around the least attractive skills a player can pick. Entering the game, he goes around sharpening his skills, hunting, collecting herbs and adding more tools to his arsenal. He also ends up making two friends on the way.
Most of the players are impressed by his rare skills and Earth smartly monetizes them to make a fortune. The episode ends with a bully picking a fight with Earth, from which Earth emerges victorious.
